They say that summer is over, that fall starts today. Truth be told, I think fall started around these parts a couple weeks ago, but I will admit we’ve had some summer days sprinkled in during that time as well. Today should be a good one, summerish, but that looks like it’s going to be it for a while. Like, probably until April.

I don’t mind the rain in September and October. Feels good after the heat of the summer and it seems seasonally fair, in some way. When it gets to be March and the rain hasn’t stopped for months, it’s a different story but for now, it’s all ok.
