The corner of the country reopened today. The Makah reservation, including the town of Neah Bay, has been closed to all non-residents for the duration of the pandemic. As of today, it is open to vaccinated individuals and while the wearing of masks is recommended, it is not required. I have been thinking that it is past time for another Washington coast paddle… I was just waiting for it to be official.
And Daylight Savings is back on again. It is hard not to be excited by the days getting longer, right?
