Something Lush

As part of this year’s Tacoma Shoreline Survey & Cleanup, the Ikkatsu Project has received some great swag to hand out to survey participants as a token of appreciation for getting out there and making a difference. Some truly awesome bottles, tumblers and reusable straws from Klean Kanteen will be making their way to new homes and Werner Paddles has provided hats, shirts and more that are going to bring some smiles, guaranteed. And that’s not all… there are others. Not going to lie, it’s a lot of fun to pass these things on, to get in touch with my inner Father Christmas.

In addition to these wonderful items, the first 100 folks to register for the survey will receive a “Best Friend” gift box, courtesy of Lush Cosmetics and the Ikkatsu Project. Lush is a definite role-model for what a mindful, environmentally dedicated company should look like and has been a great friend and supporter of our work for years. All you have to do is click over to the Volunteer Page and sign up. Pretty simple. Get on it.
