I had the chance yesterday to attend a meeting with Congressman Heck and members of his staff about the PUGET SOS bill and the recently-introduced green storm water bill. It was a big group, a lot of diverse voices, all good people working toward ways that will improve the health of the Sound. This is going to be a big year for Puget Sound, methinks. And that is going to be a good thing.
